Testimonial Request Terms and Conditions

By submitting a testimonial video to PrivateDoc, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Grant of Rights:

By submitting your testimonial video, you grant PrivateDoc the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the video for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes across all media platforms.

Editing Authority:

PrivateDoc reserves the right to edit the testimonial video for clarity, length, and adherence to our brand guidelines. However, any substantial edits that may affect the original context or intended message will be communicated with you for approval.

Perpetual Licence:

You grant PrivateDoc a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the testimonial video in any form or format, including but not limited to online platforms, social media, television, print, and other promotional materials.

Usage Guidelines:

The use of the testimonial video will be in accordance with PrivateDoc's guidelines and policies. This includes, but is not limited to, guidelines related to content appropriateness, ethical considerations, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Non-Exclusive Agreement:

This agreement is non-exclusive, allowing you to share and use your testimonial video elsewhere. However, PrivateDoc retains the right to use the testimonial video as outlined in this agreement.

Termination of Agreement:

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing, with a reasonable notice period. Upon termination, PrivateDoc will cease using the testimonial video.
